Get World ID of VM
    esxcli vm process list | grep -A 2 <VM Name>
To kill unresponsive VM
esxcli vm process kill --type=soft --wordld-id=<WorldID>
If this does not help:
esxcli vm process kill --type=hard --wordld-id=<WorldID>
If all os so bad then as a last resort:
esxcli vm process kill --type=force --wordld-id=<WorldID>
